I lived here for about 9 months(5/07 - 3/08) prior to buying house. Trish and her management crew that was there when I moved in was terrific. Now they have a new Manager, don't remember her name, but she is TERRIBLE. She is very much against customer service and caring for her tenants. I wouldn't move back there as long as she is there to save my life. The maint crew is very nice and attentive to tenants, but they have been put under new restraints from the new *itch manager as well. They could not say much in fear of losing their jobs but I got the impression they totally agree w/ my comments. Stephen D. Bell properties needs to remove this current manager before the property really takes a dump. I recommend apts to people all the time, in this case..I tell them do not even go by Carrington Ridge.
